Ask Obi: Fat Loss Foods and Isolating Muscles

By: Obi Obadike

Obi, What are the top four fat loss foods for getting lean?

Oatmeal is a great fat burner and easy to cook, though it’s important to pay attention to the different brands because some have high sugar content. Another great fat burning food is a good old fashioned chicken breast. When purchasing, make sure the breasts have minimal fat. Breasts are usually the leanest, which is why I look for them first. Egg whites are also great for losing weight, plus an egg typically contains about 6 to 7 grams of protein. Brown rice is a proven fat burner and slow, starchy carbohydrate. If you’re eating brown rice, don’t eat them during the evening, especially late at night. More of these carbs could store in your body as fat.

Obi, what is the best way to completely isolate a body part while training? Is there a device or is there way of training to complete isolate a body-part when training?

It is funny you should ask that!

A product just came out on the market called the Isolator. This cutting-edge and unique device is designed to work key muscle groups in your back, shoulders and chest without working your arms or using your hands. There is no product on the market like the Isolator for totally isolating large muscles without exhausting helper muscles. Say you broke your arm, tore a muscle, or have serious carpal tunnel, with the Isolator you can still train without reinjuring that part of your body. If you have special needs or are disabled, you can still train in the gym like everybody else. Gym rats who want to push their bodies to the next level will love the Isolator. It will prevent you from cheating when weight training.
